A management professional turned education enthusiast, Khushboo is the Chief Operating Officer of ShikshaLokam. She also co-founded Mantra4Change in 2013. Khushboo has 12+ years of diverse experience in education and healthcare domain across product development, project management, program design, community engagement and technology. She is the recipient of Women Transforming India Awards 2021 instituted by NITI Aayog to celebrate women contributions towards a ‘Sashakt Aur Samarth Bharat’, is part of BW Education 40 Under 40 Power List 2022.

Mahamaya Navlakha is a social impact professional with over 15 years of experience building platforms, programmes, and narratives that drive dialogue and action. Their journey began with Christian Children’s Fund – India, where they supported child development programmes across six states, and grew through diverse roles that combined creativity, strategy, and facilitation.

Pranami Garg, the current Executive Director of the ant, boasts an extensive 18-year tenure as a seasoned development professional. Throughout her career, she has left indelible marks in the sector, notably spearheading the School and Adolescent Health Program in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Her breadth of expertise spans across various domains, where she has served as a Trainer for initiatives encompassing Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Adolescent Reproductive Sexual Health, and Behaviour Change Communication, among others.

A dreamer, a reader, and a Delhite, Saloni is a Young India Fellow, Class of 2020 and an Economics graduate from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. She is someone who is always looking out for new things to try out, ideas to work on and finding people crazy enough to try them out with. From very early on, she has always been very firm on creating and walking on her path.
