Neha Buch
Neha Buch, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member of Pravah, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in youth development. Formerly the CEO of Pravah, she made significant strides, leading flagship interventions and fostering innovation within the organisation. Starting her journey as a volunteer in 2000, Neha's dedication and leadership skills propelled her to become the first and youngest non-founder CEO of Pravah.
Throughout her tenure, Neha demonstrated a remarkable ability to build alliances across various sectors, including academia, community groups, government, and corporations. Her advocacy efforts extended to engaging with UN agencies and national and international forums to promote youth-centric development programs. Neha's expertise lies in designing and facilitating cutting-edge interventions, focusing on adolescent and youth development, leadership, and organisational growth. Notably, she spearheaded the Changelooms Leadership Learning Journey, mentoring over 200 early-stage youth social entrepreneurs and guiding them on their leadership and social impact journeys.
Apart from her role at Pravah, Neha actively serves on the boards of several adolescent and youth-engaging organisations. She also dedicates her time to mentoring young social entrepreneurs nationwide. Neha holds a Master's degree in History from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, further enriching her diverse skill set and knowledge base.
