Nidhi Gupta

Nidhi Gupta, a Commerce graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, and a Business Management alumna from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey after a brief stint in the corporate sector. Co-founding Dhriiti – The Courage Within, a non-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurship and fostering impactful enterprises, Nidhi has amassed over 18 years of experience in designing entrepreneurship models for social impact.

As a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurship, Nidhi has dedicated over a decade to empowering women-led enterprises in rural and urban communities. Her leadership in designing and implementing women-focused business acceleration programs with renowned organisations such as The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Deutsche Gesellschaft Fur Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and InterGlobe Foundation has left a profound impact.

Nidhi's expertise extends beyond women entrepreneurship to designing youth entrepreneurship interventions, particularly focusing on young girls in university campuses. Certified by Hewlett Packard (HP) in conducting Smart Technologies for Smarter Businesses curriculum, she has led assignments for various esteemed organisations including Deutsche Gesellschaft Fur Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and National AIDS Control Organization (NACO). Nidhi's contributions have been recognized through accolades such as the Changelooms Award, Paragon Fellowship, and Economic Times' acknowledgment as one of the "Most Promising Women Leaders 2021." She resides in New Delhi with her husband Anirban and daughter Anavi, continuing her journey of driving positive social change through entrepreneurship and empowerment initiatives.
