1. How should I go about starting my internship with CYC and what is the process of selection?
1. Thank you for showing your interest. Here is the process about how you can start your internship with us:-
Send your cv at info@commutiny.in and we will connect with you.
There will be a 30 minute conversation regarding your interest areas and the nature of the project
The final conversation will happen with the supervisors anchoring that particular project and post that you will be on-boarded
2. What is the duration of my internship?
2. We strive to find a balance between the intern's requirements and the project's duration, which can vary from
a minimum 4 weeks, and sometimes extend up to 6 months or a year.
3. Is there a likelihood of being offered a position following the completion of my internship?
3. Post completion of the internship, if there are any vacancies at that time, a comversation can be picked up.
4. Will the upcoming assignment involve a field visit or primarily be a desk job?
4. We aim to strike a balance between fieldwork and desk-based tasks. It will depend upon the nature of the project and requirements at that particular time.
5. Upon finishing my internship, what can I expect to receive?
5. Upon successfully completing the internship, along with your Letter of Recommendation and a certificate you will also takeaway the relationships built and potential understanding of the youth sector
6. Is the internship a paid or unpaid opportunity?
6. While most internships are unpaid, we also provide paid opportunities depending on the specific project and experience of the itnernf the youth sector
