Malavika Pavamani

Associated with Pravah since 2011, Malavika is currently the Director,  Fundraising and Partnership function at Pravah.  She is a designer and facilitator  of instructional design and learning journeys for youth development professionals and has led Pravah's flagship programme Big Ticket and Ocean in a Drop and associated with more than 40 organisations from sector. She has also supported the journey of 70 young changemakers under the Changelooms program. She has led the Adolescent programs at Pravah and been a part of the training arm of the organisations called Learning voyages worked on projects with PACS, UNICEF, Aajeevika Bureau, etc. She was a trainer with the British Council Changemakers network. She has done in Masters in Social Work from Delhi University and has been keenly interested in the co-creating spaces for adolescents and youth to nurture their life capacities through partnerships and collaborative networks
