Pavan Bhatia

With over 25 years of senior-level experience in Human Resources roles across the globe, Pavan has embarked on a new journey in the startup world. His primary objective is to foster inclusivity by bridging socioeconomic gaps among teenagers. Previously, Pavan held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the AMENA Sector at PepsiCo, headquartered in Dubai.

Throughout his extensive career at PepsiCo, Pavan gained invaluable expertise while working in various countries, including India, China, Thailand, Dubai, and the USA. His leadership roles encompassed diverse responsibilities, including talent acquisition and deployment on a global scale. Additionally, Pavan's deep-seated passion for inclusion and cultural dialogue has been instrumental in shaping his initiatives.

Driven by his belief in the transformative power of dialogue, Pavan founded GenWE, a platform dedicated to facilitating meaningful connections among individuals from diverse backgrounds. Originating from India, Pavan holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and Master’s degrees in Human Resources from XLRI India.
