Monisha Vemavarapu is a seasoned Development Professional and Youth Social Entrepreneur, boasting 14 years of experience as a facilitator. Her diverse portfolio includes working with adolescents, youth, teachers, police staff, NGOs, government entities, and corporate employees. Through her facilitation expertise, Monisha spearheads mindset and behavioural change initiatives, empowering young individuals to understand themselves within the context of prevalent social issues.

Currently serving as the CEO at Rubaroo, located in her hometown of Hyderabad, Monisha leads efforts to nurture proximate leaders with a focus on gender, interfaith collaboration, and youth agency. Additionally, she played a pivotal role as the founding member of Anhad Pravah in Indore, contributing significantly to its establishment during its initial two years. Her advocacy campaigns for youth development, conducted through facilitation and social media interventions in Delhi, have garnered widespread recognition.

Monisha's entrepreneurial spirit shines through her passion for startups, alongside her prowess as an independent graphic designer and NIFT, Delhi alumna. Her commitment to addressing pressing global challenges is evident in her advocacy campaigns on sustainability and climate change. Recognized for her leadership potential, Monisha was selected as a participant in the International Visitor Leadership Programme by the US State Department, focusing on the theme of 'Interfaith Dialogue and Religious Freedom' in 2018.
