Priyanshi Sharma

Priyanshi, Program Manager, Plustrust is based in Udaipur. She has built up the network anchors who are spreading the Plustrust model.. She has managed the fellowship program in Plustrust working across 6 states and has been part of the journey of more than 50 women changemakers. Healthcare in rural India has always been the core interest areas of her and she managed the pilot of Plustrust's CHE (Community health Entrepreneurs) program, and is doing the next batch with two more collaborators reinventing the program as "Jansehat". She is an enthusiastic trainer, curious explorer, and an avid photographer who loves animals. Her interest in development sector prompted her to work as a freelance qualitative researcher before moving into Plustrust. She continues to keep up her engagement with research in Plustrust as well. An electrical engineer by training with a B.tech from GITS, Udaipur. she worked as a Research and Development Engineer in Pyrotech Electronics and has done major projects like light designing for AAI Agartala and AAI Vadodara during her tenure. She firmly believes that each person can contribute some time and energy to make the world a better place for everyone and lives up to this belief.
