Ranjan is a postgraduate in Business Development from Pune University, with over a decade of experience across diverse sectors with organizations such as Oxfam, Christian Aid, and PHIA Foundation. With close to15 years of experience in international development, he brings a wealth of expertise in fundraising, campaign management, and humanitarian programs. He has successfully raised and managed projects with a cumulative grant sum of around USD 5.5 million in India and Bangladesh.

His expertise encompasses fundraising, strategic partnerships, project management, and humanitarian responses, with a strong emphasis on Gender and Climate Change. Actively involved in various forums advocating for greener value chains, Ranjan is also part of the Vartaleap Coalition, leading their Climate Change advisory which is currently in the process of building a 'Nourishing Now' approach for youth engagement for climate action.
