Vishakha embarked on her journey from a volunteer to a core team member within a mere span of four years, showcasing her dedication and commitment to social causes. With a post-graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication, she honed her skills in communication and storytelling, laying the foundation for her impactful work ahead. Engaging in exchange programs like SMILE rural In-turn-ship and ICJA Germany for a year each broadened her perspective and deepened her passion for addressing issues related to education and gender equality.

Over the last three years, Vishakha has focused on developing and implementing programs aimed at integrating experiential learning into school curricula. Her expertise lies in designing engaging educational experiences that empower students and promote holistic development. Currently, she plays a pivotal role in anchoring the curriculum development process for the Sambhavna Program, demonstrating her leadership and strategic vision. Additionally, she excels in fundraising and visibility management as a manager at Had-Anhad & Anhad Pravah, Indore, contributing to the organisation's sustainability and growth.
