Ranjan is a postgraduate in Business Development from Pune University, with over a decade of experience across diverse sectors with organizations such as Oxfam, Christian Aid, and PHIA Foundation. With close to15 years of experience in international development, he brings a wealth of expertise in fundraising, campaign management, and humanitarian programs. He has successfully raised and managed projects with a cumulative grant sum of around USD 5.5 million in India and Bangladesh.
Souvik Saha, the founder of People for Change, demonstrates a profound commitment to youth development in Jharkhand. With a background in instructional design and facilitation, he has spearheaded initiatives to empower adolescents and youth with critical skills for personal and social transformation. Through People for Change, Souvik has impacted the lives of over 30,000 adolescents and 10,000 young people, catalysing journeys of self-discovery and societal change across the region.
Associated with Pravah since 2011, Malavika is currently the Director, Fundraising and Partnership function at Pravah. She is a designer and facilitator of instructional design and learning journeys for youth development professionals and has led Pravah's flagship programme Big Ticket and Ocean in a Drop and associated with more than 40 organisations from sector. She has also supported the journey of 70 young changemakers under the Changelooms program.
Neha Buch, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member of Pravah, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in youth development. Formerly the CEO of Pravah, she made significant strides, leading flagship interventions and fostering innovation within the organisation. Starting her journey as a volunteer in 2000, Neha's dedication and leadership skills propelled her to become the first and youngest non-founder CEO of Pravah.
Satyendra Kumar, as the Co-founder and Strategic Consultant of CSEI and National Convenor of NYEF, plays a pivotal role in advancing equity and social inclusion for marginalised communities, particularly Dalit, Tribal, Muslim, and Nomadic Tribes children and young people. Through his leadership, CSEI focuses on promoting their social, economic, and cultural rights, thereby deepening democracy and fostering social inclusion.
Ritesh, a dedicated MSW graduate with over 10 years of experience in the field of social work, focuses on serving tribal and underprivileged communities, as well as children and youth. Alongside his social work endeavours, he showcases his passion for music as a music director and sound engineer. Ritesh actively engages with youth on topics related to the constitution, citizenship, and overall personal development, aiming to empower them and foster a sense of civic responsibility.
Rameez is a firm believer in unravelling the mysteries of human nature through the lenses of history and philosophy. Engaging with works such as Berger’s “Hold Everything Dear,” Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men,” and Harari’s “Sapiens” has provided him with profound insights into these mysteries.
