Baljeet is the Founding Director of Varitra Foundation. Born in a small agrarian family, he has experienced the challenges faced by children in rural areas. Baljeet has grown with a keen interest towards improving of government school as a quality learning space, the thought of which has stemmed out of his personal experiences during childhood. He started missing classes from class VI onwards due to the inability to pay fees and to avoid the ensuing embarrassment by teachers.
Living up to her name, Prasanna has sought joy in the field of arts and performing. She is a multifaceted artist who has a keen interest in theatre and Kathak. She has pursued her Madhyama Purna in Kathak from Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya
To promote arts and culture, especially among children and young people, she leads many ventures through "Bewajah" in Lucknow and "Himalaya Study Centre & Retreat" in Kausani, Uttarakhand. These are platforms for creative expression, learning and collaboration.

My name is Amit Kumar Sinha, one of the founders of Jamghat. I was born in Siwan, Bihar, and have been living in Delhi since 1999. I am an alumnus of Delhi University, where I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts with Political Science, History, and Economics in 2003, excelling in my subjects. I have been an active student since my school days, participating in various extracurricular activities at both school and inter-school levels.

Nilakshi Rajkhowa is currently serving as the Director of the Office of Public Affairs of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of India. She has also served as the Director, Advancement of Women and Youth Affairs of the Office of Public Affairs from 2010-2014.

activists, academia and concerned individuals working for the realization of rights of children.

Vishal Bhadri is the Associate Coordinator for the Active Citizenship vertical at ComMutiny the Youth Collective. He possesses a master's degree in International Studies with a thematic specialisation in violence, conflict and justice from SOAS, Univeristy of London. His previous professional experiences have consisted of humanitarian aid work on migration routes and refugee shelters in South America, and human rights research and protection work in Thailand among others.
