Khushboo has 12+ years of diverse experience in education and healthcare domain across product development, project management, program design, community engagement and technology. She is the recipient of Women Transforming India Awards 2021 instituted by NITI Aayog to celebrate women contributions towards a ‘Sashakt Aur Samarth Bharat’, is part of BW Education 40 Under 40 Power List 2022.
Ashutosh Nandwana Founder/chairman Share A Smile Foundation India. He is also a 'Changeloomer' (Changelooms is the flagship program of Pravah where budding entrepreneurs are selected from PAN India and taken through an Organizational Development Journey. He has been working with young people and adolescents since 2010. Through his work, he has made an outreach to more than 10000 young people with some of his work been featured by Gulf news and Ministry of external affairs.

He completed his Master of Social Work in 2015 from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Social work.

And other area of keen interest has been in various sectors : gender, education, health and reproductive rights and life skills. Established Jatan in 2001 and has nurtured it till date expanding work into many districts of Rajasthan and pan India.
Shirisha Yeotikar has done her Masters in Social work specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social work from Pune. She has an experience of around 12 years working in the field of Gender, CSR and Mental Health.
She has worked in Psychiatric hospitals, half way homes, Rehabilitation centres, NGOs and CSR. She is a certified trainer and conducts sessions on POSH, Gender Sensitization and Diversity and Inclusion.
Deepak Kumar, hailing from Samastipur, Bihar, brings a diverse background and a wealth of experiences to his work in the social sector. Graduating in English literature from St. Xavier's College, Deepak delved into street and stage theatre, focusing on pertinent issues such as rape culture, menstrual hygiene, and masculinity. Through his involvement in theatre, he discovered his knack for connecting with people and found his passion for working with young individuals, particularly in the realms of caste, gender, class, and development.
