Arun's journey in the social sector began in 2005 with a transformative project focused on education across 40 villages in District Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. This early experience laid the foundation for his subsequent endeavours, shaping his expertise and passion for community development. He has also embarked on a significant collaboration with UNICEF, serving as a consultant for two years to address education and nutrition challenges in villages within Chhatarpur District, MP.
Having done their master’s in social work from Bosco Institute, Dibugarh University, both Momee and Tulika have been active in climate action. Momee’s course took her towards organic farming, where she learnt how farming can address health, environment and sustainability-related concerns of her village. A project coordinator at RIGBO, Tulika is of the belief that we must know the roots of our food chain and how we impact it.
Ashwin Makwana is born and brought up in Sara village of surendranagar district in Gujarat. After completing his Masters, he joined Gandhi Fellowship to explore and get exposure of the ground reality in order to part the gap of theoretical knowledge and experiential learning. During this journey he has been a part of projects and events like Quality in Education through E-Smart Class, Environment Exhibition and creation of a teaching module for EVS teachers.
Rishabh Lalani is a seasoned independent fundraising strategist renowned for his expertise in mobilising financial resources for diverse organisations. With a career spanning nine years, he has collaborated with a spectrum of entities, ranging from prominent institutions like Wipro Foundation, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences to niche organisations such as Sangama, Shiksharth, and Agami.
Sanjay Hari T is a dynamic young development professional from Kerala, currently engaged with ComMutiny Youth Collective since 2022. He co-anchors the VartaLeap coalition, bringing his expertise in youth engagement and community development to the forefront. Sanjay holds a degree in Chemistry from Calicut University and a Masters in Social Work from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Beyond his dedication to youth work, Sanjay is deeply passionate about theatre, a pursuit he has cherished since his school days.

He has been working with Study Hall Educational Foundation for the past six years, and is currently the Director of Communications and Resource Mobilisation. Previously, he has worked with leading media organisations like ESPN-StarSports and Hindustan Times.
