Naghma Mulla, serving as the COO and Board member of EdelGive Foundation, brings a wealth of expertise as a Chartered Accountant with a Masters in Commerce. Over the span of eight years, Naghma has been instrumental in driving the growth and scalability of EdelGive's model of collaborative philanthropy. Through her strategic leadership, she has significantly contributed to the development and expansion of EdelGive's portfolio as a philanthropic manager, advisor, and partner to both institutional and individual grantmakers across India.

Dr. Nandita Shah, a distinguished feminist activist and researcher, serves as the co-director of Akshara Centre, a Mumbai-based nonprofit organisation dedicated to women's rights. With a focus on empowering women to articulate, demand, and access their rights, Akshara Centre under Dr. Shah's leadership emphasises women's leadership and addresses issues of gender and social justice. Notably, she advocates for the engagement of men in this struggle, recognizing their role as part of the solution.

Management, Public Health Graduate and a Doctorate, works as the Assistant Representative in UNFPA New Delhi. Oversees the adolescents and youth portfolio as well as the population development strategy work in the organization. Over 30 years of experience in public systems development, community development and youth leadership programs in India and other countries as well.

Ujwal, a seasoned professional, has seamlessly transitioned between the realms of banking and the social sector, demonstrating his versatility and leadership prowess. With a career spanning 28 years in banking, including stints at prominent institutions such as SBI, Standard Chartered Bank, Timesbank, and BNP Paribas, he ascended to executive roles and spearheaded retail banking divisions.

Bindi Dharia has previously worked with the Tata Trusts for Grant Relationships Management. Before that she was at the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership as their program director for Technology. She holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School, with a focus in social enterprise and education. Her earlier experience is in the space of engineering and operations with ArcelorMittal.

Neha Buch, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member of Pravah, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in youth development. Formerly the CEO of Pravah, she made significant strides, leading flagship interventions and fostering innovation within the organisation. Starting her journey as a volunteer in 2000, Neha's dedication and leadership skills propelled her to become the first and youngest non-founder CEO of Pravah.

"With over two decades of extensive experience, Anand has an expertise in strategic planning, program development, implementation, and partnership management. His versatile skill set extends to multi-stakeholder engagement and impact assessment, reflecting a commitment to holistic project management. Notably, Anand has led numerous humanitarian response programs, spanning relief, rehabilitation, and resettlement efforts, demonstrating his adeptness in navigating complex crisis scenarios.

Aruna brings extensive expertise in Natural Resource Governance, Institution Building, and Sustainable Livelihoods, garnered through 13 years of active involvement in co-creating social change with communities. She has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as BRLF, TISS (Mumbai), SOAS - University of London, and IIM - Ahmedabad, on projects supported or in partnership with renowned organisations like IDRC, UNDP, and UNEP. Aruna's domain of interest encompasses environmental governance, social research, education/innovation, and Institution Building.
