Holding postgraduate qualifications in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and Conflict Transformation and Peace Building from Delhi University, Astha's journey into the realm of youth development was sparked by her transformative experience as a participant with Pravah.
With 18 years of dedicated experience in youth development, organisational development, and leadership building, Shilpa has established herself as a prominent figure in the field. As the Co-Founder and Partner of Anhad Pravah and Had Anhad, she has been instrumental in creating inclusive and empowering spaces for young people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she serves as the convener of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Collective, furthering her commitment to fostering community-driven initiatives.
She is a senior program advisor with AJWS, specializing in sexual health and rights in India. Rama has deep experience of working on gender with young women and men. In her previous avatar’s Rama has worked with ComMutiny and played a key role during its incubation years.
Eva Wallensteiner is a seasoned theatre anthropologist with a specialisation in the popular performing arts of India and extensive experience as a dramatic advisor. Since 1987, she has made regular visits to India for her studies and research on the influence and significance of performing arts. Additionally, Eva has served as a project coordinator in the social field, leveraging her expertise to contribute to various initiatives aimed at social development.
Indrajit is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the We Are Young Foundation. He has studied Food Science from the Assam Agriculture University and has completed an M.A. in Youth Empowerment from the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. He is a certified life-skills trainer from RGNIYD. He is a Pravah Changelooms fellow and a Professional Fellow of the US State Department of Cultural Affairs. He has also participated in a cross-country solo bicycle ride for charity which ran across 7 states and 2 union territories.
