Pankati is a Computer Science Engineer by education. She started her journey in 2018 as a fellow of a Civic Leadership Program - Community Connect Fellowship. Since then she continued to volunteer with the Blue Ribbon Movement. She is a part of the fellowship core team and co-anchors partnerships for the movement. She had also co-facilitated journeys with Vimukt Shiksha Yatra on alternative education. She loves interacting with new people and learn and explore new things.

With over two decades of experience in education and youth development, Deep has played instrumental roles in envisioning, designing, and implementing various educational initiatives. His expertise spans school development, community capacity building, and youth interventions, garnered through leadership positions at organisations like Pravah and The American India Foundation.
Founder-member of Indian environmental group Kalpavriksh (www.kalpavriksh.org), taught at Indian Institute of Public Administration, and guest faculty in several universities including at Bowdoin College, USA and National Law School & University, Bengaluru, India.
With a decade-long commitment to exploring the intersection of livelihoods, environmental conservation, and skill development, Aadya has emerged as a dedicated professional in the field. With a master's degree in Development Studies from IIT-Madras, she honed her early expertise in rural livelihoods and environmental conservation through impactful roles at CHIRAG and WWF-India, and Leap Skills.
In 1985, Vijay initiated the Young Experimenters Group (YEG) in Ahmedabad, marking the beginning of his journey in youth empowerment. With a career spanning over three decades, he currently serves as the Director of the South Asia Peace Alliance (SAPA) since 2008 and has played a pivotal role in promoting initiatives like the Navyug Youth Centre and serving as a member of Jai Jagat International. In 2021, he co-founded We The Yuva, further extending his commitment to empowering young people and fostering positive change in society.
Navendu Mishra is currently anchoring Agrini. He is a passionate person with a calm demeanor. He has been working with youth on change-making initiatives for many years now. One such initiative of his, “Shikshalaya” has proved to be a successful model of education and has been recognized and appreciated on several platforms. Besides Changelooms, he is also actively associated with various youth changemakers’ networks such as Jagriti Yatra.
Passionate about systems thinking, ecosystem building, visual storytelling, and Climate Action, Akshit brings 8 years of quality experience in the social development space. In his current role as Associate Director at ComMutiny, Akshit is co-anchoring the Climate Action vertical where he is building the ‘Nourishing Now’ approach to make climate action a priority for youth engagers and young people. He is leading the process of nurturing 200 youth leaders to build climate positive communities through Changelooms: Youth Leaders in Climate Action.
Ashraf has played a key role in developing the inside-out youth leadership field. She is an active member of the vartaLeap Coalition, a cross-sectoral community of 150 key stakeholders working with the mission ‘Every Youth a Jagrik, Every Space Nurturing Jagriks’. With Adaptatva and Vyaktitva she is enabling co-creation of collective processes in the field of Life Skills, Early Childhood Development and Social Emotional Learning in partnership with leading organisations.
