Shilpa Jhawar

With 18 years of dedicated experience in youth development, organisational development, and leadership building, Shilpa has established herself as a prominent figure in the field. As the Co-Founder and Partner of Anhad Pravah and Had Anhad, she has been instrumental in creating inclusive and empowering spaces for young people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she serves as the convener of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Collective, furthering her commitment to fostering community-driven initiatives.

Currently leading the Learning Team at Change.org India, Shilpa spearheads the design and implementation of the 'She Creates Change Program,' empowering women change-makers nationwide. Her multifaceted career includes impactful stints at Pravah for 8 years and IIM Indore for 2 years, where she honed her expertise in youth development and organisational leadership. Moreover, her professional contributions extend to providing psychological counselling support to various schools in Indore, underscoring her holistic approach to personal and professional development.

In addition to her illustrious career, Shilpa has also collaborated extensively with the corporate sector through Vyaktitva, where she has designed and facilitated transformative HR and organisational development interventions.
