A software engineer in the making, Adinath has been associated with Magic Bus India Foundation from an early stage of his life as a Community Youth Leader and has been passionate about social work since a very young age. In recent years, he has found his interest lean towards climate action and knew he needed to actively contribute to the cause.
Belonging to a family of farmers, Tushar has done master’s in social work and volunteered throughout college through NSS on tree plantation, education of children and floor relief in areas like Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli and Raigad.

Her core areas of expertise are influencer engagement, partnerships and strategy. She believes in passion with a purpose and continuous learning as key drivers in her career choices. She transitioned to the social sector in 2018 and is an advocate of partnerships. She is a co-founder of Sahayog Foundation, which focusses on fostering collaborations in the social sector.
