She joined Pravah in 2017 after completing her masters in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and since being part of Pravah she has been creating learning and leadership journeys with and for young people such that they are able to take charge of the world within and around them.

With close to15 years of experience in international development, he brings a wealth of expertise in fundraising, campaign management, and humanitarian programs. Astha Agarwal, serving as the Director of Youth Interventions at Pravah, brings a wealth of expertise in youth development and leadership. Holding postgraduate qualifications in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and Conflict Transformation and Peace Building from Delhi University, Astha's journey into the realm of youth development was sparked by her transformative experience as a participant with Pravah.
With 18 years of dedicated experience in youth development, organisational development, and leadership building, Shilpa has established herself as a prominent figure in the field. As the Co-Founder and Partner of Anhad Pravah and Had Anhad, she has been instrumental in creating inclusive and empowering spaces for young people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she serves as the convener of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Collective, furthering her commitment to fostering community-driven initiatives.
Indrajit is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the We Are Young Foundation. He has studied Food Science from the Assam Agriculture University and has completed an M.A. in Youth Empowerment from the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. He is a certified life-skills trainer from RGNIYD. He is a Pravah Changelooms fellow and a Professional Fellow of the US State Department of Cultural Affairs. He has also participated in a cross-country solo bicycle ride for charity which ran across 7 states and 2 union territories.
With over 25 years of senior-level experience in Human Resources roles across the globe, Pavan has embarked on a new journey in the startup world. His primary objective is to foster inclusivity by bridging socioeconomic gaps among teenagers. Previously, Pavan held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the AMENA Sector at PepsiCo, headquartered in Dubai.
Souvik Saha, the founder of People for Change, demonstrates a profound commitment to youth development in Jharkhand. With a background in instructional design and facilitation, he has spearheaded initiatives to empower adolescents and youth with critical skills for personal and social transformation. Through People for Change, Souvik has impacted the lives of over 30,000 adolescents and 10,000 young people, catalysing journeys of self-discovery and societal change across the region.
