With over 25 years of experience in mentoring teachers, youth leaders, and adolescents, Shani Sen has been an integral part of Pravah for the past 16 years. Her extensive expertise includes curriculum designing and facilitating mindset change learning programs for educators and young individuals across various states in India. Ishani has played a pivotal role in implementing conflict-positive curriculum and mentoring teachers to navigate their personal and professional roles, contributing to whole-school transformations for leadership development and inclusivity.

Associated with Pravah since 2011, Malavika is currently the Director,  Fundraising and Partnership function at Pravah.  She is a designer and facilitator  of instructional design and learning journeys for youth development professionals and has led Pravah's flagship programme Big Ticket and Ocean in a Drop and associated with more than 40 organisations from sector. She has also supported the journey of 70 young changemakers under the Changelooms program.

Serving as the CEO of Pravah since 2008, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to empowering youth. Ritika's contributions extend beyond organisational leadership; she has been an influential member of the UNWomen multi-country civil society advisory group, advocating for gender equality on a global scale.

Sukannyaa Lahon is currently working at Pravah in the capacity of a Programme Coordinator of the Youth Intervention. She joined Pravah in 2017 after completing her masters in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and since being part of Pravah she has been creating learning and leadership journeys with and for young people such that they are able to take charge of the world within and around them.
