Kuldeep embarked on his journey as a volunteer three years ago with Had-Anhad, where he found his passion for making a difference in education. Inspired by his experiences, he transitioned into a full-time role with the organisation after completing his graduation. His dedication to working with adolescents in education led him to take on the role of state manager, leading the Madhya Pradesh Collective group of 12 organisations.
Vishakha embarked on her journey from a volunteer to a core team member within a mere span of four years, showcasing her dedication and commitment to social causes. With a post-graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication, she honed her skills in communication and storytelling, laying the foundation for her impactful work ahead. Engaging in exchange programs like SMILE rural In-turn-ship and ICJA Germany for a year each broadened her perspective and deepened her passion for addressing issues related to education and gender equality.
