Nidhi Gupta, a Commerce graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, and a Business Management alumna from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey after a brief stint in the corporate sector. Co-founding Dhriiti – The Courage Within, a non-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurship and fostering impactful enterprises, Nidhi has amassed over 18 years of experience in designing entrepreneurship models for social impact.

I've been with Bosco Institute for 11 years. Prior to this engagement, I worked with a number of organizations in Assam, especially those dealing with the Adivasis who migrated to this region during the colonial period. I am still involved with those organizations on a variety of levels.
As a member of the Bosco Institute, I spend the majority of my time mentoring social work students and getting involved with specific startups launched by the institute.

Prarthana Sharma is a counseling psychologist by profession. She is practicing psychology for the past eight years now. She is also the Director and Co-founder of a mental health organization named Aatma Prakash. The foundation works towards co-creating empathetic and safe communities for youth in India.

In the past, she has worked with reputed institutes like IIM-Indore, TISS Mumbai, and TISS Tuljapur. She has completed her studies at Christ University, Bangalore, and Sophia College, Mumbai.
