Prarthana sharma is a counselling psychologist by profession. She is practicing psychology since past eight years now. She is also the Director and Co-founder of a mental health organization named Aatma Prakash (https://www.aatmaprakash.com/). The foundation works towards co-creating empathetic and safe communities for youth in India. In the past she has worked with reputed institutes like IIM-Indore, TISS Mumbai and TISS Tuljapur. She has completed her studies from Christ University, Bangalore and Sophia College, Mumbai.

Special Projects at Dream a Dream since 2012. In the past, Ansar managed 10 learning centres afor the holistic development of young people and the training facilitators at Makkala Jagriti for 6 years. He was also responsible for executing a research on 'Traditional Occupations by Minority Groups'. This report was presented to Justice Rajendra Sachar, an honourable Supreme Court judge for the rehabilitation of minority communities. At Dream a Dream, Ansar plays a key role in hosting and organising Dream a Dream’s annual conference “Change the Script”.
Sharad is the founder of Badlav. He is a young & passionate social entrepreneur, from Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, associated with various social movements. He is working for the Marginalized, vulnerable and Missed Out community of the society in order to link them in the mainstream society. He completed his Master of Social Work in 2015 from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Social work.

And other area of keen interest has been in various sectors : gender, education, health and reproductive rights and life skills. Established Jatan in 2001 and has nurtured it till date expanding work into many districts of Rajasthan and pan India.
Shirisha Yeotikar has done her Masters in Social work specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social work from Pune. She has an experience of around 12 years working in the field of Gender, CSR and Mental Health.
She has worked in Psychiatric hospitals, half way homes, Rehabilitation centres, NGOs and CSR. She is a certified trainer and conducts sessions on POSH, Gender Sensitization and Diversity and Inclusion.
Deepak Kumar, hailing from Samastipur, Bihar, brings a diverse background and a wealth of experiences to his work in the social sector. Graduating in English literature from St. Xavier's College, Deepak delved into street and stage theatre, focusing on pertinent issues such as rape culture, menstrual hygiene, and masculinity. Through his involvement in theatre, he discovered his knack for connecting with people and found his passion for working with young individuals, particularly in the realms of caste, gender, class, and development.
Rahul is the Co-founder of Swatantra Talim, a non-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing the inventive and creative capacities of children, with a focus on rural development. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's strategy, overseeing implementation, and monitoring performance. Prior to his involvement with Swatantra Talim, Rahul served as a bursar cum teacher at Sahyadri School, Pune (KFI India), where he gained valuable experience in education and community engagement.
Masto, the founder of Bewajah, embarked on his journey fueled by over a decade of immersion in the realms of arts and theatre. Transitioning from a conventional career path as an engineer, he delved into the world of theatre and discovered his passion for writing, crafting numerous scripts, plays, and lyrics. Recognizing the profound impact of arts on personal growth, Masto envisioned utilising creative expression to curate meaningful experiences for young individuals.
