Ayeshna works with rural communities in Haryana, North India on exploring solutions for quality teaching-learning in schools, advocating equal access to opportunities for all genders through leadership and skill-building and working with rural youth on self-led development. Nilakshi Rajkhowa is currently serving as the Director of the Office of Public Affairs of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of India. She has also served as the Director, Advancement of Women and Youth Affairs of the Office of Public Affairs from 2010-2014.

activists, academia and concerned individuals working for the realization of rights of children.
Prarthana sharma is a counselling psychologist by profession. She is practicing psychology since past eight years now. She is also the Director and Co-founder of a mental health organization named Aatma Prakash (https://www.aatmaprakash.com/). The foundation works towards co-creating empathetic and safe communities for youth in India. In the past she has worked with reputed institutes like IIM-Indore, TISS Mumbai and TISS Tuljapur. She has completed her studies from Christ University, Bangalore and Sophia College, Mumbai.

She is the recipient of Women Transforming India Awards 2021 instituted by NITI Aayog to celebrate women contributions towards a ‘Sashakt Aur Samarth Bharat’, is part of BW Education 40 Under 40 Power List 2022.
Surabhi Yadav is a dedicated gender and rural development practitioner known for her innovative projects aimed at empowering rural women in India. As the founder of the nonprofit organisation Sajhe Sapne, she has pioneered initiatives to support young women in rural villages, enabling them to pursue careers in the modern workforce. By providing education and employment opportunities in fields such as coding, teaching, and development management, Sajhe Sapne is elevating standards and opening doors for rural women who often face limited options for personal and professional growth.
Pankati is a Computer Science Engineer by education. She started her journey in 2018 as a fellow of a Civic Leadership Program - Community Connect Fellowship. Since then she continued to volunteer with the Blue Ribbon Movement. She is a part of the fellowship core team and co-anchors partnerships for the movement. She had also co-facilitated journeys with Vimukt Shiksha Yatra on alternative education. She loves interacting with new people and learn and explore new things.
