ISSUE
In the Jagriks' community, MHM being taboo, girls don’t have the basic information about it and face limited mobility once they attain puberty.

ROADMAP

Create a safe space within the community where girls can access information on MHM and freely discuss their experiences and concerns; Discussions with SMC on how schools can be more inclusive of girls' needs; Advocacy campaign on social media around MHM.

OUTPUTS:

  • The girls are more attentive towards their health and are equipped with right practices.
  • Girls and young women are able to articulate their needs and can access to alternatives of menstrual products.
  • Existing gaps with regard to MHM at the school-level are captured and highlighted for effective redressal
