SMILE In-turn-ship

About SMILE In-turn-ship:- SMILE in-turn-ship is the flagship youth programme which supports a young person to have an inside-out leadership journey. They are placed as interns with grass-root organizations & social movements across the country for a period of 2-3 weeks to confront with the realities on-ground and become better adaptive learners.
Some of the key elements of the in-turn-ship includes a residential Orientation Camp/ Input Workshop, placement into grassroots organisations, mentorship of the interns and a feedback camp to close the journey,

The journey is aimed at enabling young people to explore their 'self', 'beliefs', 'ideas' and comfort zones and have an immersive experience in a community- experience their lives and what concerns by choosing to volunteer within the community through organisations and social movements.
