A youth led organization based in Jorhat, Assam working into Child Rights, Youth Leadership and Development, Life Skills Education.

Being a Youth who wasn't taken seriously at home. Rahul felt this is not a problem only happening to him but it's a nationwide problem where young people doesn't have a platform to share and listen to their voices. A country more than 50% population is under the age of 27 years, and no one cares about their decision, concern and things important to them.

In 2018, Rahul started voluntarily with his friends to lead a campaign "Think out of the Box" where they captured the voices of young people in t-shirts and reach out to more than 300 young people. The journey began there.

Today, we have 100+ youth who volunteers in our space and shares that their connection and compassion for the cause they address has improved. Through their work as volunteers, the hope is that they get engage with real life challenges and confront with the existing social differences and inequalities and become socially aware and motivated to act from their value system. In long term, they become lifelong leaders in the development field and believe within themselves that 'change starts from within'.
