In the year 1996-97 a team of some energetic youths had joined LOK SAMITI, LOK SHAKTI, Jharkhand Jangal Bachao Aandolan, Van Suraksha Samiti, Pragatishil Yuva Kendra, Judav, Abhiyan, Jago Foundation at Giridih and Madhupur and other social movement-Networks. These youths became trained by getting many types of training under Judav and other organizations who were working to aware people from the social and cultural evils. We took part in various development work, revolutionary agitations and developing programs and made prosperous.
Meanwhile, we learned and inspired a lot from the thoughts, attitude and ideas of our seniors. At the same time we found that mica- mines area of Koderma district is full of social evil practices like child labors, child marriages, sexual violations, Gender inequalities, deforestation etc. The situations which we learnt in the area during the mass movement and studies we decided to extent our work in this area and we made strategy and planning for a change among the community of mica and crasser zone area. However, on the basis of the broadness of work, experiences and learning, we set our goal, Vision, Mission, objectives and policies. All members were in a long run of struggle.. Being some members having poor financial background and it was a herculean task to join the social sector as results they had to face too much problems in this sector. But they remain continuous with their target on the cost of family’s wish.
