Bluebells School International

Our SaathNirbhar Story:
From competition to collaboration. That’s the shift Bhavana Bhasin, Head of Social Work at Delhi’s Bluebells School International, fostered in her students to empower them in dealing with their Covid-induced struggles. When four students lost their parents, others anonymously raised enough funds to cover their fees for 1.5 years. Expanding their circle of empathy to the residents of an old age home, the students organised weekly online musical performances that brought cheer and hope to all. In collaboration with an NGO, Bhavana’s students developed physical learning aid for street children, ‘learning’ in turn the joy of giving.
