Ravi Sreedharan

Ravi's career spans over 24 years in the corporate sector, primarily at HSBC, where he held various roles across different countries. Notably, he served as the CEO and President Director of Bank Ekonomi, a local bank in Indonesia acquired by HSBC. In 2011, Ravi made a significant transition to the social sector, bringing his wealth of experience to the Azim Premji Foundation, where he led the Education Leadership & Management division.

In 2016, driven by a shared vision for social sector leadership, Ravi co-founded the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) with three other like-minded individuals. ISDM stands as a pioneering institution dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive impactful change in the development sector. Ravi's educational background includes an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. from IIT-BHU, providing him with a strong foundation for his diverse career journey.
