Shreyansh Srivastav, also from Delhi, is an emerging young leader committed to social justice and community empowerment. He has demonstrated his commitment to social causes by organising blood donation camps and, in partnership with an NGO, a job fair for people with disabilities. Passionate about his work, he is also eager to integrate climate initiatives into their organisation.

Kal Parvarish, is an initiative aimed at empowering the youth of Delhi, particularly those aged 18-27, by raising awareness about environmental issues and providing them with accessible platforms for engagement and contribution. It sensitises youth to urgent environmental issues and equips them with skills for active conservation through structured training programs. Recognizing a gap in engagement opportunities, Kal-Parvarish provides a platform for hands-on involvement in activities like bird watching, nature walks, and urban greening through vertical and rooftop gardens, promoting biodiversity and sustainability. Additionally, the project empowers participants economically by offering pathways for supplementary income through eco-friendly micro-enterprises, addressing youth unemployment. At its core, the project instils values of equality, fraternity, love, and freedom, nurturing environmentally conscious leaders committed to community well-being.
