Sharad Patel

Sharad is the founder of Badlav. He is a young & passionate social entrepreneur, from Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, associated with various social movements. He is working for the Marginalized, vulnerable and Missed Out community of the society in order to link them in the mainstream society. He completed his Master of Social Work in 2015 from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Social work. Sharad was a fellow of the Changelooms (2014-15), ChangeloomsUnManifesto for inclusion and governance (2015), Sadbhawna Fellow (2019), Sanjha Fellow (2022) of Goonj and Social Entrepreneur Incubati in Cohords July 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 of UnLtd India. For his remarkable contribution to the society he was awarded JAZBA award 2018, LOKMAT SAMMAN in 2018, IGNOU MITRA SAMMAN 2019, JAZBA AWARDS 2019, Karmaveer Chakra Awards 2019 and SamajRatnSamman 2020.
