Our world has become more divided in the last decade. Race, religion, culture, socio-economic intolerance has become more prevalent. This has increased discrimination, bullying, hate crimes and unrest.
The younger generation is our only hope of changing this. However, increasingly the younger generation is growing up in social bubbles. The focus is on academics and not on developing social leadership skills.
GenWE wants to help the younger generation learn real-life leadership skills of inclusion, empathy, relationship skills by pairing them with someone outside their social bubble. Imagine the power of millions of young people getting paired with someone from a different background. Imagine the power of every pair, every conversation.
