Introduction of Organization :
Samta charitable Trust Surat organization is non government organization voluntary organization has in India Gujarat in surat city working with deprived community organization has register has charitable trust in April 2012. Samta meaning is Equality organization started working with deprived children their health Education Protection and participation and housing right.

Community
In the intervention area slums are highly dominated by migrants These migrants are unskilled laborers of diamond and textile market construction work Their mother tongue is Hindi Marathi Bhojpuri Uriya Due to poverty both parent have to work for the day to day life both parent are working without social security net and social security new and therefore negligence towards child is high some parent took them to their work place child to work site there are no crèches or engagement with child very low Birth place is low and therefore and children may stay with elder child then impact elder child education development. Also people are living condition very bad because they survival struggle for their life.

Work with ICDS Centre
AWC are available in 4 slum and two slum do not have AWC AWC are not child friendly then children are happy to attended regularly then children are irregular in AWC Child home no one to care to pick and drop to AWC and Preschool material is available poor condition which cannot used for teaching condition children who are not clean The selection of AWC and AWHS are not according to the comminutes mother tongue.Therefor children get confused during learning new things concept in other than mother tongue.
These all factors are affecting the preschool development which are interking with preschool middle childhood and young teens affected

Staff for and ICDS centre teacher mahila madal and voluntary for number of training EARLY CHILDHOOD AND DEVELOPMENT CHILD STIMUIATION Birth to age 6 year time is more important for child development Child development growth ability strength and behavior is pioneer of child child had growth their impact on their life child is 80 percent development in age 6 to 8 year
Child development is six parts of lesson health intuachal social emotional luggage and creativeness.

Work with community ICDS centre
we are working with ICDS centre enrolled in ICDS centre support for regular to ICDS centre and who are irregular children them regular in AWC for this work with conducted meeting with AWW and AWH And Active slum leaders
10th slum area we are inedited the 0-18 male 853 and female 773 year 1626 children 0-1 year children male 103 and female 87 and 3-6 year child is male 154 and female 143
we are 3-6 ICDS centre children is 437 regular monitoring trucking with our staff community and ICDS centre staff.
57 children had enrolled in AWC ICDS centre and 29 irregular child are regular in ICDS centre
We support of community and AWC and AWH 92 children had completing the immunization our working area 10th slum.
we are support to community and ICDS centre 70 children immunization is regular ongoing in our working area.
We are support 28 pregrent women get support from the ICDS centre health check up immunization and nutrition food coordination with health sub centre
We are 186 locating mother give the support of government ICDS centre nutrition
Health
we are working 128 young girls whom age 10 to 18 year them guidance about sanitation person hygiene and protection
Achievement
ICDS infrasture and new ICDS centre we are demanding 2 ICDS centre one ICDS centre get Dalit vashat community
We are demanding the safe drinking water and get the 8 ICDS centre new tap and Aero plant
Demand created the among parent and community for child care crèche as super court guide line
Application gave to Deputy Health commissioner and program officer crèche child care meeting with them. Application for panchil vashat for new ICDS centre and new infrasture in Narshimadir.
Parent ICDS service provider and community for motivation of pre education for children discuss in meeting special attention for child development demand basic amenities ICDS centre safe drinking water clean toilet play ground for children and color and beautification of Aganwadi.

We are working the 8 ICDS centre achieving the learning material is 5 ICDS centre charts, color toys register books and crayon chair for teacher, for milk and fruit for children and regulated mamta day
Education work with school
As mentiontioned above parent are busy in their day to day life and give the less priority to children for school going children parent are not keeping track their children whether their child is attending school or not children are not read or write as per their standard And because of parents are blaming teacher for not teaching in the class Where as teachers are saying children are not attending class and spend their time in school premises Due to the poor quality teaching outcome parent insist children to engage in the family business street vend ding beggaring engage them sibling care Children have to travel through heavy travel
Other hand from service provider , there are issue like unavaibility of teachers in the school if teacher are appointed then either they are contractual or pravashi Teachers children had no transportation facilities heavy traffic or not transporter them not give payment
school monitoring committee member have power against school authorities Therefore SMC member are not able to take action against Lack of MDM shed library playground and computer teacher in school.
Due to this issue children are not getting quality of education and continue education in the school poor infrsture leads to the dropout and lack of interest class room and high risk of dropouts Due to the negligence from the parent and school authorities there is a high chance of trafficking or missing children cases.

Textile tailoring class
We are running the textile training class with support of the Viztar Internation Mumbai state government project we imply mention agency we are two batch of training 8 month 50 women give training at Tadkeshwar slum at Bhatar centre them to job placement they get per month 3000-4000 salary they are contribution their family
Godrej saloon program
We are running the beauty and life skill training for young girl and women for personality development skill training two centres Ambanagar and palnapur jakat naka we providing the 52 girls and women training and job placement and self business support.
