She has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as BRLF, TISS (Mumbai), SOAS - University of London, and IIM - Ahmedabad, on projects supported or in partnership with renowned organisations like IDRC, UNDP, and UNEP. Aruna's domain of interest encompasses environmental governance, social research, education/innovation, and Institution Building.
Poonam is a development professional with experience spanning nearly four decades. As an educator and practitioner, she has worked with UNHCR, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sanagthan, Springdales Schools, Delhi School of Social Work, National Institute of Design and TISS, Mumbai . She has also published articles in national and international journals on issues related to field practicum, student mentorship and community engagements.
Ravi's career spans over 24 years in the corporate sector, primarily at HSBC, where he held various roles across different countries. Notably, he served as the CEO and President Director of Bank Ekonomi, a local bank in Indonesia acquired by HSBC. In 2011, Ravi made a significant transition to the social sector, bringing his wealth of experience to the Azim Premji Foundation, where he led the Education Leadership & Management division.
