With a background in Information Technology, Ashok started his professional journey as a Network Security Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2015 to 2018. However, his inclination towards social change surfaced during his college years when he participated in the Community Connect Fellowship with the Blue Ribbon Movement in 2013, marking the inception of his volunteerism. Since then, he has remained actively engaged with the organisation, leveraging his skills and passion for community development.
Pankati is a Computer Science Engineer by education. She started her journey in 2018 as a fellow of a Civic Leadership Program - Community Connect Fellowship. Since then she continued to volunteer with the Blue Ribbon Movement. She is a part of the fellowship core team and co-anchors partnerships for the movement. She had also co-facilitated journeys with Vimukt Shiksha Yatra on alternative education. She loves interacting with new people and learn and explore new things.
Empathy and love are my ground values. I love exploring new possibilities with my own experiments of learning. Engaging and connecting with different individuals is a beautiful journey for me. Passionate to work in education, with childrens, and to work for change at local level. I am into volunteering from past 3years. Dancing and writing poems are my favorite hobby.
