Suchetha Bhat, the CEO of Dream a Dream, brings over two decades of experience in empowering children from vulnerable backgrounds. With a diverse background spanning both corporate and social sectors, Suchetha's journey began in 2001 with notable stints at Larsen and Toubro and IBM. Her transition to the social sector was sparked by her volunteer work with Dream a Dream, where she discovered her passion for empowering disadvantaged youth.

Driven by her commitment to making a positive impact, Suchetha pursued a Postgraduate degree in Psychology and joined Dream a Dream full-time in 2010. As the organisation's COO, she played a pivotal role in driving scale and strategic direction, leading to her promotion to CEO in 2018. Under her leadership, Dream a Dream has become a trailblazer in life skills development, thanks to her pioneering work in developing innovative design frameworks.
