Harsh Gupta

Harsh is a youth development professional and facilitator with experience in fostering active citizenship and leadership among young people. His journey in the development sector began as a volunteer, contributing to diverse social movements across the country. He currently serves as a Grants Manager at the Azim Premji Foundation, where he collaborates with youth-centric organizations across the country to strengthen the ecosystem for youth-led development at scale. Alongside this, he mentors and supports several small and early-stage youth-led organizations, offering both strategic guidance and grant support. His work particularly emphasizes initiatives that promote youth engagement and advance constitutional values. Harsh is also a traveler, photographer and documentary filmmaker.
