Dabhi Gaurav Kumar Dipakbhai

Having done his bachelor’s in economics, Dabhi Gaurav Kumar has been involved with the Adivasi Sarvangi Sangh, which focuses on saving water and tribal development. He has an in-depth understanding of climate issues that relate to agriculture and believes that the world needs to and is turning its attention towards organic farming and aims to educate the people of his community about such organic practices As a GreEntrepreneur, his goal is to revive the ancestral practices of the Adivasi community in order to make adolescents reconnect with the environment and learn the ancient eco-friendly practices. This was done by creating cohorts of young people and training them to set up nutrition gardens using the age-old practices, so that they can be the example to be followed. The project aimed at not only educating young people of the community about the climate crises and steps that can be taken to mitigate the effects, but also revitalize the connection to their collective history and tradition.
