Our students became technology teachers!!
Students, teachers, parents, staff and vendors, Motilal Nehru school from Jamshedpur ensured wellbeing of all stakeholders during the pandemic.
Children whose attention spans and social skills were severed were given the responsibility to hand hold teachers who felt technology challenged. The novel approach of a ‘Hi-Tech group’, identifying five tech savvy student - change agents – resulted in effective education for all students in the new online education setup
The school leadership constantly counseled parents, teachers and staff and enabled necessary financial, medical and emotional support to every individual in their universe
About Ashu Tiwary
Ashu Tiwary is the Principal of Motilal Nehru Public School. She has worked for mental health and well-being during COVID times. She has run programs and arranged mental health sessions for the teachers and students.
Being a source of inspiration in the school community, she also made a group of young teachers to capacitate them. She organized programs for adolescent students of her school on mental health and well-being with People For Change.
