Over the past few years, they have engaged with various stakeholders, including municipal and forest departments, positioning himself as a respected youth leader and influencer within his community. Aijaz believes in the transformative power of education and its ability to change societal perceptions. They are passionate about promoting awareness around gender rights and environmental sustainability, advocating for a more inclusive and equitable society.

Green village initiative focuses on establishing a nursery that will cultivate local plant species, particularly the Chinar tree, which is significant to the region's identity and ecology. It also aims to protect local biodiversity while empowering women in the community through sustainable practices. It aims to provide capacity-building training for women, enabling them to become agro-entrepreneurs and enhancing their leadership roles in the community. The initiative promotes biodiversity conservation by growing medicinal plants and herbs, while also engaging the community in activities like butterfly gardens and eco-parks. Additionally, the project seeks to stimulate the local economy by generating employment opportunities and encouraging sustainable agricultural practices, ultimately fostering a vibrant, green community that values its natural heritage.
