Jagrik Simran and Rajashree completed a task where they were asked to do a gender audit and present a recommendatio based on the report. The pair did a detailed analysis of facilities available for girls on their school.They found that separate washroom is the only facility available for them but that was not enough as it was not maintained properly. The jagrik pair before never realized that they lack so many things and these can effect them so much. They decided that they have to go beyond the task limitations to make it impactful. They started talking to other girls about the facilities girls school have in school and gave a gender audit report to the principal.

 Principal was so happy to see girls coming out and talking their basic needs that she has promised to work on the recommendations. After the awareness and decision with the classmates jagrik pair has been able to collect pads to create a sustainable "Pad Bank" with 20 packs of pad for girls and school will also help in the process.
