I am Bhudeb Sinha and I am Jagrik facilitator in Hailakandi. My experience is very interesting and full of learning. As I am faciliatating for the first time with adolescents, I am getting the chance to learn many things. Sometimes I wonder 'I wish I could have also got the chance to learn these things at their age'. When the students sit with me and share their experiences,I learn so many things. I can say "they inspire me".

Though these adolescents come from lower socioeconomic background, lack basic facilities, they are working hard to complete their given task and learn to take leadership roles.

From this journey till now, I have realised that in our social structure and education system there is no space for adolescents to experiment and learn things.
