Some of them in her age , dropped from school but they resides in the same Gallee/ Lane, where she resides .One day she found a Hindi old book, Title of the book was “ “Kabar se Jugar” and it was written by Arvind Gupta- a renowned science activist. Razia got the book from a rag picker and turn over the pages one after another. Gradually she found that the book is a Wonderer of Pandora Box. The book was written on creation of many useful scientific toys for low /no cost , mainly created from waste ( like: Plastic Photo roll Cover, cycle spoke, Broom Stick, Plastic Milk packet etc).Firstly , she made” Pump from the Dump”. Through this model , she explained about the work process of tube well. She got tremendous inspiration from the book and started to make toys and explaining to the peer group. Slowly, she built up a fellow peer group( few of them dropout neighbor ) and interested to learn scientific laws and performing science experiments. Learning – 1. Values of waste material and nothing to thrown away. 2. Develop Self Confidence and open the door for creation 3. Nurture inherent talent 4. Develop scientific temper and promoting science awareness 5. Develop skills like communication, Problem solving, creative thinking etc Challenges – 1. Lacking family support (without allowing her to go to “ kabariwala ki dukan”, sharing with rag pickers and work with waste material. this creation was not possible) 2. To build up trust among parents , peer group and rag pickers
