Experience:

Usha Sarkar & Mallika Sarkar together created 5 posts to explain that children are being exploited in different ways in India. The posters are- 1. Mental torture, 2. Physical torture, 3. Child marriage, 4. Child labor, 5. Working against the will. He pasted the poster in his classroom and hung it on the notice board. Their experience from this work is that it is a legal crime to exploit children. Children need to be careful at all times. Children need to know and value the power all the time.

Learning: -

By doing this, their education is that if they do anything against the will of the children, it is a legal crime and they know the rights of the children.

Challenge: -

At first they had a hard time doing this because they could not understand how to make the posters, then they made 5 posts with the help of parents. And loading them into their own classroom was a challenge for the two of them.
