Experience: - Name Hira Sarkar learned about the dreams and aspirations of a financially weak class child, such as, the child's dream is to become a big picture size teacher, the Hira is to wear good clothes, eat good food, go for walks in the park. Hira's experience from this work is that every child has the right to some of his own dreams, need, and aspirations. Financially affluent and weaker sections of the population have the same dream needs.

Learning: - By doing this work, his education is that the dreams, needs and aspirations of both the financially weak and well-off children remain the same, but they are fulfilled depending on the situation.

Challenge: - It was difficult to do this at first. He was pleased to be able to explain to the financially weak children that he had to meet his dream needs in the same way as the living expenses of the family.
