In her four years career, Slish has gained experience in the education sector from diverse institutions - schools, media houses and non-government organisations. As a Coordinator she looks after Communications and Fundraising part in Diksha. She holds an MA in English Literature from Patna University.  She was working as a Teacher in the project English Access Microscholarship Programme run by APCL with support from the US Embassy when she was introduced to Diksha. She had earlier worked with The Telegraph in their school outreach team. She thinks deeply about education, equality and the environment.

Her role in this project would be to share her expertise of english literature with project team when it required. She will be responsible for social media of the project and would also help in planning learning framework for teachers.
