Activities during lockdown:  During this epidemic period of lockdown of COVID-19 all the school and colleges are close down and requested to stay safe at home. In home based activities the Jagrik facilitators assigned activities to the Jagrik like Essay writing, drawing, feedback of child rights video and awareness on COVID-19.

Jyotika Morang an active member of Jagrik lives in Silapathar of Dhemaji District of Assam. She is actively involved in Jagrik member. In spite of lock down Jyotika made her mind to involve at home in helping her mother in household activities weaving, cooking, and gardening. ‘’Learning is not only in school but to learn anything in life home is also the place to learn said Jyotika.’’

Experiences: Through this lockdown as the Jagrik could not go to school so the Jagrik are keeping themselves busy in various activities for which she shared that she enjoyed her time to be with her family as she loved to be. During this time she is getting to learn and experience new thing which she hardly get chance during her school time. On the other hand sometime she feels very lonely as she could not go out to meet her friends.
