Task : Spend 6 walking hours with your main hand and main legs tied up and out of action to experience the barriers to mobility. Make sure you are in a safe space when u do it. Reflect on and share in writing or verbally your experience and about your understanding of the discrimination that disabled people can overtly or tacitly face. 

Experience : The Jagrik Ayan experienced that Disable people who are the person with great difficulties which they are facing everyday.. 
So the jagrik made a decision that he tied up his main hand and main legs for 6 hrs to experience those people who are actually disable..After tied up his legs and hands jagrik felt it's unbearable him.. He became dependent on others, he felt he helpless.. 
He couldn't walk.. He couldn't use his hands.. That moment the jagrik felt what tremendous amount of trouble a disabled people facing everyday, every moment.. And also the jagrik Ayan have seen that disabled people being discriminate in the society because of their disabilities.Jagrik felt that Who are not disable people they are not understand the actual pain of a disabled people.. So we should help them and beside them.. 

Challenge : The jagrik tied up himself for 6 hrs.. It was very difficult for him..

Learning  : From this Task the Jagrik Ayan Das learnt about Right to Equality.. Everyone has their Right to be equal whether they are disable or lower cast..
