She has been working with Gramya since 2002, working intensively at the grassroots level on issues of maternal health, adolescent girl’s health and rights in particular. For proper implementation of various government schemes and services, she has worked with concerned government departments, making these services accessible to the beneficiaries. At present, she is a well-known face in the development sector as well as she has earned recognition in government departments. She has a close engagement with the communities and is experienced at team capacity building, conducting workshops/sessions, community mobilization, running awareness campaigns, community engagement.
